Farm to table
Nothing about this ube is anonymous.
Three chapters between a Bohol hillside and your kitchen, and we are present in all three.

Chapter one — The field
A handshake in the highlands
Bohol's interior grows the ube that Filipino bakers argue about: dense, dry-fleshed, and so saturated it stains a wooden spoon. For decades that harvest left the island through traders who set the price at the roadside and kept the margin.
We buy differently. Our team walks the plots, agrees a price with the grower in front of the crop, and pays on collection. The farmers know our vehicles and we know their fields by name.

Chapter two — The mill
Colour is a deadline
Ube begins to dull the moment it is cut. Roots reach our packing house the same day they are lifted, where they are washed, hand-trimmed, sliced and freeze-dried before oxidation can touch them.
Milling, blending and sealing all happen under our own roof. Nothing is toll-processed, nothing is blended with cheaper starch, and nothing is dyed. What you open is the root and only the root.

Chapter three — The crossing
Bohol to the world
Sealed cartons leave Cebu, clear customs, and land with bakers, café owners and home cooks from Singapore to Sydney, Dubai to Dublin — wherever ube is loved, and wherever it is just being discovered.
Same tuber, same colour, same island. It has simply crossed an ocean to get to your counter.
From nature. Made with pride.
